The Diagnostics Collaborative Programme
What is it?
An approach to helping frontline staff in Radiology get involved in redesigning their services with the goal of improving patient and carer experience and shortening waiting times. This will relieve pressure on the service and help not only patients but also staff.
Who is involved?
Every NHS Board in Scotland is part of this £5m programme over the next 2 years. In each Board a clinical lead for Radiology will be identified along with a project manager and information manager.
