Left upper lobe collapse
The lateral film from the main tutorial is again presented, and with it the corresponding PA view. Note again the pleural effusion present at the left base.
A further example is shown. Note the left hilar mass, from the causative hilar carcinoma, with abrupt cut-off of the left upper lobe bronchus:
