4th Scottish Interventional Radiology CourseTuesday 14th - Thursday 16th September 1999Western Infirmary of Glasgow
This year we will be using the Interventional Training Unit for Scotland (IRTUS) network and live cases will be transmitted from three teaching hospitals in Scotland. This will mean a richer variety of clinical material and a differing perspective from each centre. A wide range of topical issues will be covered ranging from clinical governance to fibroid embolisation. Each full day will consist of four 90 minute sessions focusing on a particular topic. The sessions will comprise two short talks and one or more live cases (from three sites) and will be chaired by an expert panel of radiologists and clinicians. There will be ample time for discussion and during each session delegates will be encouraged to present their own cases for panel discussion. We are pleased to welcome faculty members from the UK, USA and Italy. We very much hope you will enjoy the course and we encourage you to participate in the success of the programme. once again we have received generous sponsorship from 16 companies and encourage you to visit the exhibition. Finally there is a full social programme which we hope you will enjoy. CME credits applied for. Jon G Moss Ian G Gillespie Richard D Edwards Course Organisers
